- Place the pedestal on a firm and level surface where fountain will
remain. Level in (2) Two directions left to right and front to back.
Shim as needed. Place the largest shell on the pedestal.
- Attach the clear tubing to the outlet side of the pump with a hose
clamp. Place the pump in the pump house and place the electrical cord in
the groove in the rear of the shell.
- Position the largest shell on the pedestal and level. To level the
shell, place the level on the top rim of the pump house of the shell.
Level in (2) Two directions left to right and front to back. Shim as
needed.
- Take the next shell and run the clear tubing up thru the hole in the
rear housing of the shell and place on fountain. Make Sure the Clear
Tubing Does Not Kink or Get Sandwiched Between Shells while shell is
being positioned. To level shell, place level on rear housing of the
shell. Level as stated in step #3.
- Repeat step #4 for the remaining shells.
- If your pump kit is supplied with a restrictor clamp attach to clear
tubing. Most pumps have a built in adjustable dial flow control.
- Remove any excess concrete or tape from both ends of copper pipe in
the statue or finial.
- Cut clear tubing to the length needed to operate fountain properly.
Tubing that is too long will cause it to kink restricting the water
flow. Tubing too short may hold the pump above the water line limiting
the volume of water to the pump.
- Attach clear tubing to the statue or finial and place on top of
fountain.
- Fill shells with water and plug pump into a 110VAC GFCI protected
outlet.
- If fountain needs adjustment, unplug pump and adjust the restrictor
or the flow control on the pump to regulate the water flow of the statue
or finial until the desired result is achieved.
